Initial expression of interest

The public registration form is designed to collect only basic contact, location, experience and preference information. It does not request passport scans, National Insurance numbers, bank details, visa files, right-to-work documents or sensitive compliance documents.

Onboarding

If an application progresses, Lancers Group will contact the candidate separately regarding secure onboarding. Add final details covering identity checks, right-to-work checks, SIA licence verification, retention periods and candidate rights.
